ACID CLEANERS

K-BRITE 100

K-BRITE 100 is a liquid, high foaming, acidic cleaner-descaler which is suitable for use in food processing and dairy plants where a heavy-duty, high-foaming acid cleaner is needed.

K-BRITE 220

K-BRITE 220 is a liquid foaming, acidic cleaner-descaler which is suitable for use in food processing and dairy plants where a heavy-duty, foaming acid cleaner is needed. For manual cleaning or use in mechanical cleaning devices.

K-BRITE 330

K-BRITE 330 is a penetration soil removal, rapid rinsing. Chemical matters enable K-BRITE 330 to work on protein scale and other tough scale deposits. It also makes an excellent hand acid descaler.

CK LF ACID SANITIZER

CK LF ACID SANITIZER is a concentrated, non-foaming acid sanitizer for C.I.P., C.O.P. and non-circulation applications. CK LF ACID SANITIZER has reduced phosphates due to its unique blended acid formula. CK LF ACID SANITIZER provides effective germicidal action on a broad range of microorganisms including gram positive and gram negative bacteria. CK LF ACID SANITIZER’s 1 ounce to 6 gallon use rate provides a low pH that insures rapid bacterial action while removing water scale and mineral build-up. CK LF ACID SANITIZER leaves equipment surfaces in an acidic range which lengthens life of stainless steel parts.

PERADEX

PERADEX is used in the dairy, food and beverage processing industry for CIP pipeline cleaning, sanitizing, bottle and filler sanitizing, and disinfection. It is also used in the treatment of cooling water, process and wastewater. Also, primary uses are for slime and biofouling control, sulfite and odor reduction, and for cleaning UF and RO membranes. Peroxyacetic acid solutions are also used for disinfection in human and veterinary applications including hospitals. Use dilution for equipment sanitation is 1 to 2.4 oz per 6 gal. of water. Use dilution for disinfection for various organisms is 1.5-20 oz. per 5 gal of water. A potable water rinse is not necessary if less than 2.4 oz/6 gal is used (200 ppm active PAA).

DICA QUAT

DICA QUAT is a concentrated germicide for use in food processing plants. It is composed of anionic surface-active agents and phosphoric acid to provide strong germicidal action against a broad range of microorganisms including gram positive and gram-negative bacteria. DICA QUAT usage rate of just 1 ounce to 5 gallons of water provides a low pH that insures rapid bacterial kill while also removing water scale and other mineral buildup. DICA QUAT will leave stainless steel bright and shining.

DE-LIMER

De-Limer is a non-fuming, mildly acidic, thick cleaner that performs with gentle effectiveness. It will cling, even to vertical surfaces, which allows the user ample time to mop or swab around the surfaces before rinsing away. Use De-Limer full strength to remove soil and stains from toilets, urinals, shower stalls, and vitreous suefaces. Squirt De-Lime on, rub with a bowl mop or swab, and rinse thoroughly. Simply done…. with simply wonderful results!

CHLORINATED ALKALINE CLEANERS

CLEANER CHLOR SF PLUS

CLEANER CHLOR SF PLUS is an alkaline, chlorinated, self-foaming cleaner for use in meat packing plants, bakeries and other food plants. These characteristics combined in a single package offer economy and convenience advantages. CLEANER CHLOR SF PLUS can be applied mechanically or manually.

K-FOAM SF PLUS

K-FOAM SF PLUS is an alkaline, chlorinated, self-foaming cleaner for use in meat packing plants, bakeries and other food plants. These characteristics combined in a single package offer economy and convenience advantages. K-FOAM SF PLUS can be applied mechanically or manually.

LIQUA CHLOR CIP

LIQUA KLOR CIP is a low-foaming liquid CIP cleaner containing caustic and chlorine. Formulated for the in-place cleaning of dairy and meat processing equipment, it eliminates the need of daily acid cleaning. It is acceptable for use in meat and poultry plants. This product is designed for use in liquid feeding systems for proper control and ease of handling.

ALKALINE CLEANERS

HY-ALK

HY-ALK: is a very high alkaline type cleaner, especially formulated to boilout frying and cooking equipment. It has a very high level of cleaning ability and gives excellent results in cleaning heavily cooked-on soils. HY-ALK is especially effective for cleaning of high temperature, air impingement ovens.

K-KLEEN 1000

K-KLEEN 1000 is a liquid, heavy duty, highly alkaline smokehouse cleaner designed to clean grease and carbon buildup from floors and walls of smokehouses as well as provide excellent cleaning of fans and duct work. K-KLEEN 1000 contains inorganic builders and sequestrants to furnish alkalinity, deflocculation, soil suspension, emulsification and chelation. The surfactant system was designed to achieve wetting, emulsification and detergency. Emphasis has been placed on rapid emulsification, a desirable property when cleaning smokehouses. K-KLEEN 1000 is completely biodegradable and poses no pollution problems.

K-HYDROXY

K-Hydroxy: is a concentrated specific blend of soil suspending agents, alkaline builders and optical brighteners to give a total laundering job when used alone or in combination with K-San or C K Bleach.

CLEANER 304-C

Cleaner 304-C: is a heavy duty cleaner for steam cleaning and immersion tank operations. It incorporates a superior blend of biodegradable surfactants and penetration additives that quickly and effectively remove grease and carbonized soil from heavy equipment and machinery. It is this unique blend and not a high caustic percentage as with other steam cleaners, which provides the cleaning effectiveness. It is also excellent for removal of soils and tars from smokehouses. CLEANER 304-C is an excellent cleaner for grease and meat incrusted floors. The blend of surfactants and alkaline builder lifts soil from the floor and the green indicator dye adds a visual aide to application and rinsing.

C K BLEACH

C K BLEACH whitens and brightens fabrics of all types. All colorfast fabrics such as cotton, linen, cotton-synthetic blends, nylon, Orlon and other synthetic fibers. Do not use on wool or other fibers harmed by water.

SANITIZERS

K-QUAT 4

K QUAT 4 is a clear, concentrated, quaternary sanitizer for sanitizing, disinfecting and deodorizing all types of hard surfaces. K Quat 4 contains a blend of four quaternary ammonium chlorides (four chain QAC) that provide broad spectrum kill, six times greater at 150 ppm than a single chain quat at 200 ppm and two times greater than a dual chain quat at 200ppm. Especially effective against gram positive and gram negative microbes and fungi. K Quat 4 is virus and protein tolerant. This neutral disinfectant won’t effect wax levels on floors due to the neutral ph, and because it is clear, it is non-staining.
