Job Description:

We’re looking for a press operator for our fast paced marketing department, who would operate our press and specialty equipment to produce promotional material, catalogs/brochures, envelopes and postcards, etc

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain consistent track and organization of multiple projects and deadlines
  • Work with a wide range of media• Communicate with a team on design projects or ideas
  • Maintain a working knowledge of equipment and software used within the department.
  • Take exceptional care of all department equipment and perform daily/weekly routine maintenance
  • Attend and participate in weekly department meetings by inter acting, communicating and presenting new ideas
  • Operate high volume at sheet printers
  • Operate high volume varnish and foil equipment
  • Willing to learn and pitch in where needed on our production floor
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required
  • Have a good eye for design and color
  • Be willing and able to communicate with customers in a professional manner
  • Possession of creativity with the ability to think outside of the box

Job Description:

We are looking for associates in our Liquid Department due to our continued growth. Our company has experience double digit growth the last five years. Candidate must work as a team to: – Climb stairs to the Mix Tanks and lift up to 50 lbs. – Follow the material list and pull the correct Liquids from the storage tanks. – Obtain the other ingredients and transfer the correct material and pounds to the Mix Tank. – Mix the products as stated on the Batch Ticket. – Drum off finished product or transfer to the appropriate storage tank. – Perform other department duties in the plant as assigned by members of our leadership team. Able to focus on your lines performance and assist your team by making sure that our products are produced to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading bottles onto the line
  • Packing off product
  • Verify code dates, bottle seals, and other checks are performed and recorded into batch records system.
Job Description:
  • Reports to Bottle Line Supervisor
  • Gather all materials for the department to run a job according to the Batch Ticket. 

  • Stack full cases of product on pallets for shipping, shrink wrap pallet with pallet tags when full. 

  • Transport finished product to warehouse for transportation to ship. 

  • Return all unused material and product back to the correct pallet location. 

  • Operate a scanner to accurately maintain inventory. 

  • Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies. 

  • Inspect forklift to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance. 

  • Empty trash and clean the area. 

Position Requirements:
  • Safely operate a forklift 

  • Attention to detail 

  • Must be able to do any additional functions as assigned by Supervisor 

  • Hazardous Materials Safety Training (provided at hire) 

  • Ability to work well with others 

  • Working knowledge of chemical names 

  • Follow and encourage others to follow safety policies and procedures
