Custom Blending & Testing

We provide blending and packaging of proprietary chemical products to your exact formulations. Our capabilities range from lab scale volumes to tank truck batches. Ribbon blending of dry product up to 4500 pounds per batch is also available. We also run quality control tests on each batch to ensure your product always comes out the same.

Custom Packaging & Shipping

We can take your bulk chemicals and package them into suitable 1 gallon, 5 gallon, even up to 55 gallon drums or jugs, as well as, dry product into bags, pails, or drums. We also offer drum delivery and disposal, as well as bulk delivery services to hold or store your bigger deliveries. We own and operate a fleet of trucks and drivers to ensure Midwest deliveries arrive when they should.

Marketing & Design

Whether you need labels designed or printed, our in-house print and design team churns out over 2,000,000 labels per year. Need help selling your product online? Our in-house branding team can create a full-fledged digital marketing campaign, from video production to product photography to web design to social media management. When it comes to creating things, there’s little they can’t do.

Can’t think of a good name? No problem. Our in-house Creative Director, Sean Stratton, can present multiple name options for you to choose from.

Designing the Labels

Need a clean and captivating label? Something that will stick out from the crowd? Look no further, our Creative Director has your back.

Printing the Labels

We offer 2 main options when it comes to labels: high-end (flexo) and price-conscious (digital). Flexo labels get fancy with foil stamping, special effects, clear substrates, special coatings, and embossing. Digital labels offer cost savings without loss in quality but they lack the special effects of flexo labels. The choice is up to you.

Filling the Product

We currently run 5 different bottle lines here at CK and employ around 30 full-time employees to manage it all. On each line we have multiple quality control checks to reduce errors and make sure your product gets consistently bottled every time.

Insuring the Product

Upon request, we offer the ability to be named as a second on our insurance policy.

Shipping the Product

Need to know where your product is at all times? No problem, every one of our delivery trucks utilizes GPS tracking with delivery updates daily. We ship anywhere in the United States, Canada, Mexico, China, New Zealand, and Australia.

Creating Safety & Tech Data Sheets

Per OSHA requirements, we have to provide Safety Data Sheets and Tech Data Sheets for every product we make. Safety is always on the top of our mind so we make these as user-friendly and easily accessible as possible.
